Happy Friday Rainbow Riders.

It's time to share more about 
my Money Praise Routine. 

My hopes in continuing my own fiancial education is that I will be able to use this knowledge in the future to bring fortune & abundance to all of those I work with. 


Every morning (or close to it) I do the following things:

• Listen to this FREE meditation from Doreen Virtue
  
• Write a love letter to my money
  
• Write how I feel about my money in that moment
  
• & I do an Om meditation (2.5 minutes) from My Inner World while I hold my hands up to the screen, while logged into my bank account, sending waves of love & gratitude as I chant Om and imagine that number growing larger. Trusting that it will always support me.
  
• Also, if I happen to have cash - I do the Om meditation while holding my cash and blessing it. Knowing when it leaves me, it will be off to bless another. I give thanks for that. 

This rountine works for me because it feels good. 

When I complete this routine I feel empowered and present to a higher vibration. 

I want to invite you to try on the same routine if it calls to you. 

If not, create your own! The only rule is that it must leave you feeling better than you did when you first began. 

It is important (I am learning) to love on your money daily. 

Always be aware of what you have in your account, even if it is only $3.00. Imagine that number growing and accumulating. Thank it for not being a zero. 

If you think about the Law of Attraction - what we focus on grows. 

So if you are ignoring your money like you hate it - don't expect it to come around anymore. 

But if you are giving it love everyday - you have the option to watch it grow and expand. 

Tomorrow I begin a new coaching program with my good friend, the goddess, Lisa Carmen. If you don't know about this spectacular woman, be sure to mozey on over to her site @ SacredSexyU.com. 

This particular coaching program is called Unstoppable. A group of about 5 women (I think!) will gather weekly as we make our way to to becoming truly unstoppable. 

I'm looking forward to this experience. It's been a while since I have been involved in a coaching program as a participant. 

There is nothing I love more than having breakthroughs & raising my vibration one evolutionary conversation at a time. 

I am certain this program is going to be a path to doing just that & more. I'll be sure to share my journey with you all here as new ideas come my way & transformations begin to take place.

What are you doing right now that is of service to the world? I'm trying my darnedest to help people prioritize and revitalize their own happiness for the benefit of all man-(and lady)-kind. 

Well, it's another Wealthy Monday here on The Rainbow & boy, am I feeling it. 

All of the new things I am doing to help manifest more abundance in my life are really showing up BIG TIME. For that I am grateful. 

However, there is also a still silence in the air today that I can't help but notice. I'm not sure if it can be attributed to what happened in Norway or Amy Winehouse's death but I can deffinitely feel it.

So today, please take this Wealthy Monday post as a giant virtual hug going straight from my heart to yours. 

Whatever it is you are experiencing today, know that you are loved. You are supported by the Universe & most importantly, you are not alone.

I use this bag at many different occaisions, but always for the same thing - to let go. To had over my problem to God. 

I learn more and more every day how miraculous it is when we truly give up attempting to control the cirrcumstances of our lives. 

When we surrender, we can trust that everything will work out in our favor. Often times, far better than we could have imagined in the first place. 

Today when I visited with my bag of surrender I felt a certain calling to share with you what I was letting go. This is how my super-awesome-incredible-bag-of-surrender works....

I get out a few pieces of paper, grab a marker, pen or whatever I feel called to use. 

I write down on the paper what I am giving to God. 

I crumble it up. 

Say a blessing.

Then put it in the bag. 

Here is what I gave away today:

• How my money shows up and when
  
• My audience
  
• How joy finds me
  
• My way of being
  
• All of my thoughts 
  
• How I serve
  

I know once it's in there I don't need to worry about it anymore. A solution always finds me. I am always more than pleased with the results.

This week I made a list of my Morning Time Must Dos. One of the things on that list is to write a letter of gratitude. Today, I felt like sharing it with all of you.

Dearest Divine Light,
I have so much to give thanks for on this beautiful, windy morning. But what calls to me most is the powerful connection I am beginning to truly acknowledge that I have within me to share with those in my presence. 

I read in my PeacefulDaily email yesterday morning that it is not about trying to reach millions of people with our light by running around frantically counting heads. 

But rather to sit in one spot & learn to allow our own light to shine so brightly that it reaches the ends of the ocean with grace & ease. 

Still illuminating those around us, but with more power, strength & magnitude.

I am only now beginning to really see what is possible when I spend time going within regularly to connect with Source & sharing that experience with the world. 

For that realization I am grateful. For the possibility that lives within that thought, I am astounded. 

It is in Your Light that I truly glow in love & possibility.

It's time to share my new secret. 

I have Money Praise Routine. 

I just started it this week. I've only been doing it for 2 days. But the rewards are already outstanding. 

My hopes in continuing my own fiancial education is that I will be able to use this knowledge in the future to bring fortune & abundance to all of those I work with. 

I am learning so that I can teach. 

What I am sharing today is the biggest part of my Money Praise Routine. This meditation takes about 22 minutes out of my morning. While listening to the meditation I do what my body wants me to do. 

Sometimes it is yoga poses, sometimes I am laying on the floor with my arms wide open, mostly, I am stretching in whatever way feels good to me. 

By the time this meditation is over I feel totally and completely in the flow, my mood is uplifted & I can literally feel money flowing too and from me. 

I have new ideas that show up about what wealth & abundance means to me. I feel a creative spark & more than anything, I feel deserving & supported by The Universe's desire to allow me to experience this abundance.

There's a secret formula I've been using in my life for a good while now & I want to share it with you. 

Yesterday when The Mister came home from work he was in a not-so-hot mood. My initial reaction was to be irritated by his crabbiness & give him an attitude about it. 

But as it was, I found myself having a rather delightful day & I didn't want to stray from my rather-chipper mood. 

So instead, when I was confronted with his irritation I said, what's wrong Babe? He said that he just didn't have that great of a day. & then (this is the gold is) I asked, is there anything I can do to make it better?

He thought about it for a minute and made some suggestions. I ended up making him some lunch, pouring him a beer and just like that - the bad-mood-curse was lifted. 

Bottom Line: If you want something in a relationship or life, you have to be willing to give it first. 

So the next time you find yourself wanting more of something in your relationships or life, look to see how much it you are giving to others. If the answer is not much at all - start taking action! You'll be surprised how fast the turn around rate is.
