 For those of us who are awake the cycle of growth + expansion never ends. One day we are settled in our ideas, our marketing, our courses. The next day a new belief or creative spark has shown up on our door step waiting to be answered. When we reach one pleateau of success, we crave a higher realm. When we reach that one, another appears. Always reaching up, up + up. It never ends. This is the beauty of being an awakened, alive being. Living in the questions. Listening for the answers. How to be better, faster, stronger than we ever thought we could. The real challenge shows up when questions that present themselves make us look at what really want. They allow us to question our own ideas + beliefs that operate on auto-pilot. Sure there is an over lapping desire - abundance, success, a steady flow of business. But what does abundance look like? What does success look like? What kind of business do you want a steady flow of? What is the world calling me to create? How can I best serve my clients + community? What feels good to me in my business + how I can I create this in a way that takes me to my next pleateau with integrity, alignment + connection to Source Energy? These are the questions I am living in right now. I am on this level, about to take a step up to the next. But before I do, I want to be clear on how I want to take that step. I want it to feel good, challenging, clear, exciting + in alignment. That is a must.  Love Juice 09/28/2011

 What do you feel has been your greatest achievement so far in life? I think my greatest achievement is getting where I am right now. So much has happened where I could have just given up, but I kept fighting, I kept going. I'm here, I have scars but I'm whole. If you were reincarnated into an animal, which one would you be and why? I would probably be a cat. I have a real affinity with cats. I tend to prefer their company over other pets. They're deep thinkers like I am. What part of nature do you feel most connected to if at all? I feel most connected to the shore. Like, to the beach and the waves. I was on vacation in Denmark where we drove up the coast and I was able to stand on the shore of the North Sea. My first real experience with such a vast body of water. The tranquil sound of the surf and the beauty began my love affair with the sea. What do you feel is your current 'big life lesson'? You know, the one you keep having to learn over and over. I think my lesson is that I don't have to do it all alone. It's OK to lean on others to find strength, to find comfort, to find love. So many events in my life have shown me I'm not alone and I'm not as strong as I think I am or as strong as I let others think I am. Asking for help, leaning on friends is nothing to be ashamed of, your friends WANT to help you, they want to be needed. Who is your favorite person in the Twitterverse and why? My favorite person in the Twitterverse is @simadahl. She has become a mentor for me. By just being who she is she's helped me realize I'm worth more than I give myself credit for. Tell us one strange-ish fact about yourself... I can recite all 50 states in alphabetical order, blindfolded, with my hands tied behind my back. I can also place all 50 states on a map...  For the past week or so my roommate Heather + I have been doing morning meditations on abundance. In addition to that, we have been reading bits + pieces of The A to Z Steps to a Richer Life by Deepak Chopra. This mornings reading called to me. So I decided to share. "O stands for the fact that life is the coexistence of all opposite values. Joy + sorrow, pleasure + pain, up + down, hot + cold, here + there, light + darkness, birth + death. All experience is by contrast, + one would be meaningless without the other." What stood out for me when I read this is judgement. When we say something is good or bad - that is a judgement. My car got repossessed - bad. I had lots of money come in last week - good. But what happens when we take the judgement away? What would our lives look like if things happened, people made choices, natural disasters occurred + our left opinion was it is what it is + I love you. The freedom that exists within the gap is extraordinary. Placing no rules or regulations on the people, places + events of this world. Just to be with out judgement. WOW.
