 Hip Hip Hooray! Where to begin…..? The tears in my eyes are swelling just thinking about the words I am about to share with you. My journey to Surrender began in September of 2009. If I had known what was available to me through surrender, I would have been doing it as soon as I left the womb. As humans we are taught that our actions control our destinies. Somewhere along the way that phrase gets misinterpreted and we begin to believe that when we are in control of our lives it is best for the outcome of our situations. I don’t believe this is true. In fact, I believe that even the idea that we have control of how our life happens if false. In my opinion there is a Universal flow that takes place whether we exist or not. Resisting this flow enables struggle and conflict. When we surrender to the flow of the Universe, to God, the Allah- whatever you believe, we allow magic to truly take place in our lives. Yes, action is just as important as surrender. But surrender is always the first step. When you let go, and let the Universe work its powers, the solutions available to you multiply times a million, than if you were to try and figure it out on your own. Give up struggle.
