Finding & Keeping A Balanced Plate 11/18/2010
When I left for The Ladies Who Launch Conference in Seattle I felt like I had a good, balanced sense of where my time was going (for the first time in my life.)
I have been focused on putting my energy in the places that are most going to serve the life I desire to live, the business I wish to create and the health I LONG to obtain.
But somewhere, between then & now I became over loaded again.
I know I am over loaded when I can’t seem to make my to-do list any shorter, when I forget to post a blog and when I have to bring my computer in the living room while I hang out with Brawn.
This is an indication that I need to reassess my plate, take some things off, arrange them in a balanced manor & be sure to leave some breathing room for me in the process.
What are some of your techniques for staying balanced? How can you tell when you have too much on your plate? What begins to suffer when there is no order of balance?
