I had planned on taking a blogging break until Monday, but I just can’t do it. The excitement of my newly repaired computer has got me riled up & ready to share.

I want to take this course because I am entering a new phase on my journey. And I love the idea of a virtual retreat and guided journaling.

I want to take the course because I've been so stressed the past two years that now I am having trouble eating. As we enter the holiday season I know even more stress is going to enter my life. Adding some stress management skills would be so much help.
